 Are your sneakers authentic?

Yes. Every pair sold at KickVault is 100% authentic. We carefully source, inspect, and verify each sneaker before it enters the Vault. No fakes, no replicas, no exceptions.

How long does shipping take?

Local (South Africa): 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

International (on request): Shipping times vary, contact us before ordering.

We’ll send you tracking details the moment your sneakers ship out.

 What if my size doesn’t fit?

We know sneaker sizing can be tricky. If your pair doesn’t fit, you can return it within 7 days of delivery (unworn & in original packaging). You’ll get store credit or an exchange for another size if available.

 Do you do pre-orders or raffles?

Yes! For hyped drops, KickVault runs limited pre-orders and raffles. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok for updates on the latest releases.
