South Africa: We ship nationwide.

International: Available on request — contact us before orderiordering.

Delivery Times

Local (South Africa): 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

International: 7–14 business days (varies by country).Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or limited drops.

 Shipping Costs

Standard SA shipping: R99 flat rate.

Free shipping on orders over R2,500.

International shipping: Calculated at checkout (varies by destination).

Tracking & Security

Every order comes with a tracking number.You’ll receive updates via email/WhatsApp once your sneakers are on the way.High-value sneakers are shipped with extra insurance & signature on delivery.

 Delays & Issues

We’re not responsible for courier delays once your package has left the Vault. But don’t worry — if your order is delayed or goes missing, we’ll help you track it down and sort it out.
